Shipping policy
Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. Our website inventory is updated regularly, but occasional discrepancies can occur. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a refund or an alternative (such as waiting for restock). We do not ship backorders without your confirmation.
Where We Ship
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
We do not ship to other countries at this time.
Shipping Options & Timing
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Standard: typically 3–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak-season volume can occasionally extend delivery times.
Order Processing & Handling
Most orders are processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
All shipments include tracking from shipment to delivery.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we’ll always do our best to help you work with the carrier if an issue occurs.
