Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, complete with all pieces and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to start a return
To start a return or refund:
1. Email our customer care at support@zuvvotoys.com with the subject line [Refund Request]. Include your order number and the reason for your request (with photos if you are claiming a damaged or defective item or missing pieces).
2. Our customer care team will review your request, may ask for additional information, and will confirm whether your order is eligible for a return or replacement.
3. If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address. Please ship the item back in its original packaging using a trackable mail service. If you do not use a trackable service, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your return.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and will process your refund within 10 business days if approved.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, defects, and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, missing pieces, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In many cases we may offer a replacement or partial replacement instead of a full return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to complete a return for the original item once it’s approved, and then place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
